为贯彻落实民办教育新政要求，切实履行举办方监管职责，充分激发学校、幼儿园领导班子主体责任，协和教育中心于2022年推行校（园）领导班子目标责任制。现已有9家中小学、21家幼儿园完成了目标责任制的签约。
In order to implement the requirements of the new policy on non-government education, effectively fulfill the supervisory responsibilities of the organizers, and fully stimulate responsibility of the principals team of schools and kindergartens, School (Kindergarten) Principal Team Target-based Responsibility system has been launched in Xiehe Education from 2022. Until now 9 SUIS schools and 21 kindergartens have singed agreement on Target-based Responsibility.
