侯明翠，上海市民办万源城协和双语学校小学部英语学科组长，教龄19年，曾获“全国中小学外语名师”、闵行区首届种子计划基地主持人、区骨干教师、闵行区小学英语教学研究中心组成员等称号，多次在全国、市区级教学评比中获奖，如第八届全国小学英语教师教学基本功大赛中获一等奖、2015年上海小学英语课堂教学与教室发展观摩研讨活动教学展评特等奖，课例在“一师一优课” 活动中被评为教育部“部优课”，2022年上海市中小学单元作业设计比赛三等奖等。

骨干教师——李蓓玲
李蓓玲，中共党员，教育硕士，2004年加入协和教育集团。她先后被评为闵行区优秀党员、骨干教师、优秀班主任、名师基地成员等。她喜欢协和教育这片沃土，以学生为本，中西融合的教育理念深耕于心。她先后工作于虹桥和万源校区，并有幸借调于协和教育中心参与协和课程建设，是“星计划”第十期学员。她教学基本功扎实，工作兢兢业业，在教学中形成自己的风格，并引领万源语文学科组建设。她的座右铭：博学、勤思、笃行。

She has been working in SUIS Hongqiao campus and SUIS Wanyuan Campus and it’s her honor to be transferred to Xiehe Education Center temporarily and previously for the construction of Xiehe Curriculum Framework establishment. She was the 10th Star Project member whose teaching and learning basic skills are solid; She has been working diligently and forms her own style in teaching; She leads the construction of SUIS WY Chinese language subject curriculum development.

路琳，中共党员，万源校区初中部副主任，上海师范大学教育硕士，中学高级教师。 正面管教国际认证讲师。闵行区家庭教育名师工作室成员。江苏省青年优秀骨干教师。第12届协励汇师德奖提名。曾获全国两岸同课异构（上海站）一等奖，江苏省优质课评比一等奖，全国信息技术大赛二等奖。立江苏省教育三等功一次。曾主持省级课题市《初中英语作业分层设计研究》，上海市市级课题《基于九年一贯制双语学校学生英语学习规划的研究与设计》项目组核心成员；多篇论文在省级以上杂志发表。

学科组长年级组长——彭珏敏·小学高级教师
2004年加入协和教育集团，2016年入职万源协和，任数学学科组长及年级组长。在工作中注重对教学方法的探索，对教育方式的研究。曾多次参加市、区及中青年教师教学比赛，并获二、三等奖。带领数学团队，编写校本练习册、活动册、数学英语练习册，参与编写《跟着名师学数学》并出版发行，教育教学能力突出，被评为闵行区第六届骨干教师。
作为班主任，以真诚感动家长，对待学生如同自己的孩子一般，用爱心包围着班上的每一个孩子。所带班级班风正，学风浓，受到学校和家长的好评，并于2022年活动闵行区优秀班主任称号。
Ms Jennifer PENG, Senior Teacher in Primary School Professional Title Appraisal; Joined Xiehe Education Center in 2004; Joined SUIS Wanyuan Campus in 2016, Head of Maths Department and Head of Grade; She pays high attention to exploring teaching methods and researching educational methods in work. She has participated several times in Teaching Competitions for young and middle-aged teachers at Municipal and District Level, and has won 2nd and 3rd prizes. She leads the maths teachers team to write school-based exercise books, maths activity books, and maths exercise books (English version). She participated in the writing and publication of “Learning Mathematics with Famous Teachers”, She demonstrates outstanding educational and teaching abilities, and was awarded the title of ‘Backbone Teacher’ in the 6th Minhang District Competition.

小学部副主任——朱颖群·小学高级教师
自2003年加入协和教育集团，先后担任协和双语学校虹桥校区和万源校区小学部副主任，承担小学数学学科组建设和学部的教学工作。从教30多年，曾任闵行区学校教研管理中心组成员，曾获闵行区第五届百名骨干教师，多次获区三八红旗手，区教育系统记功。先后参与区级课题2余项，主要涉及学生发展需求评估、体验活动课程实践研究等方面。出版专著及发表文章5余项，主要有四年级数学《新教材全练》、《新教材全解》、《单元测试》等。曾担任协和教育集团先锋课程“四校”联动数学组长，指导四个校区近10位青年教师的数学教学及培训，指导青年教师参加上海市民办中小学青年教师教学竞赛项目，多次获得大奖。特别擅长数学校本课程的开发，逐步形成了知识、技能与现实生活密切联系的、适应学生发展需要的体验课程。
Ms Maggie ZHU, Senior Teacher in Primary School Professional Title Appraisal. She joined Xiehe Education Center in 2003 and has served as the Assistant Head of Primary School at SUIS Hongqiao and SUIS Wanyuan campuses. She is responsible for the management of the primary school mathematics subject team and the overall teaching and learning. She has been dedicated to teaching for over 30 years and wokred as a member of the Minhang District School Teaching and Research Management Center. She has been been awarded the title of
- Top 100 Backbone Teachers in the 5th Minhang District Appraisal;
- March 8th Red Flag Award in Minhang District for multiple times;
- Merit recorded for achievements in Minhang District’s education system.
She has participated in Min Hang District Research Projects, mainly involving student development needs assessment and experiential activity course practice research. She has published 5+ monographs and articles, mainly including G4 Maths “New Textbook Practice”, “New Textbook Solution” and “Unit Test”, etc. Previously she served as the leader of the mathematics team for the “Four Schools” linkage course organized by Xiehe Education Center, through which she guided nearly 10 young teachers from four SUIS campuses in mathematics teaching and training and participate in the Shanghai Private Primary and Middle School Youth Teacher Teaching Competition, winning multiple awards. She is particularly skillful in the development of school-based mathematics curriculum, gradually forming experiential courses that are closely related to knowledge, skills, and real life, meeting the needs of student development.
