毕业于华东师范大学学前教育专业，从教31年，幼儿园高级教师。工作积极认真，细心负责；勇于创新，敢于挑战；善于在工作中发现问题，解决问题。在海富耀华幼儿园任职13年，有11年课程管理经验。2012—2015年连续四年荣获协和集团“最佳教师”称号。2017年荣获上海市浦东新区“园丁奖”。2016—2021年引领校内儿童哲学项目组成员，深入一线扎实实践，五年内被“P4C China”分别授予“铜章、银章、金章”学校，成为上海市第三所儿童哲学“金章”实验学校。

Zhu Jie: Childcare director and academic leader of Fortune Yaohua kindergarten. Graduated from East China Normal University, majored in early childhood education. Being in this area for 31 years, she works actively and seriously, showing her careful and responsible approach; being interested in innovations and bravely meeting the new challenges , she is efficient at finding and solving problems at work. She has been working in Fortune Yaohua Kindergarten for 13 years and has 11 years of curriculum coordinator experience. She was awarded with the title of “Best Teacher” of Xiehe Group for four consecutive years from 2012 to 2015. In 2017 won the “Preschool Educator Award” of Pudong New Area, Shanghai. From 2016 to 2021 was the leader of the school’s P4C team to deeply practice this program together with the frontline teachers, and, within 5 years, was awarded with the bronze, silver and gold medals by “P4C China” , thus, allowing Fortune Yaohua kindergarten to rank third among P4C “Golden Seal” experimental schools in Shanghai.
