优秀保育工作者——赵先翠

1970年出生，女，初级技师，2020年进入绿世界工作至今，一直担任营养室组长一职，工作中潜心专研烹饪技术，积极参与各项实践交流，于2021年6月获闵行区托幼机构优秀保育工作者的称号。本人有着熟练的刀工和烹饪能力，擅长根据不同年龄段幼儿的生长发育需求，将食物合理搭配，为幼儿烹饪营养美味的佳肴，今后我将不断尝试新的烹饪方式和食材搭配，以提供更加美味和营养的食物，丰富幼儿食谱，助力幼儿健康成长。

I, Zhao Xiancui, born in 1970, female, junior technician, entered the Green World in 2020 and has been serving as the leader of the nutrition room, concentrating on cooking technology in my work, actively participating in various practical exchanges, and was awarded the title of Outstanding Nursery Worker in Minhang District Nursery in June 2021. I have skilled knife skills and cooking ability, good at according to the growth and development needs of children of different ages, the food is reasonably matched, for children to cook nutritious and delicious dishes, in the future I will continue to try new cooking methods and ingredients to provide more delicious and nutritious food, enrich children’s recipes, and help children grow up healthily.
