园丁奖——张亚晶

本人张亚晶，1981年出生，女，一级教师，从绿世界实验幼儿园开园至今，我一直跟绿世界共成长。在本园先后承担过家长工作组长、师资组长、小教研组长、大教研组长的工作。在担任师资组长时，带领组员将“P4C儿童哲学”课程学以致用，并将课程融入阅读活动，创设符合幼儿发展的“思阅”环境。同时，积极参与大小课题研究，投稿发表文章，收获奖章及“闵行区园丁奖”殊荣。我会继续以专业的眼光审视自己，以求知的态度鞭策自己，并且不断挑战，取得更好的成绩。

I am Zhang Yajing, born in 1981, female, a teacher. I have been growing up with Green World Experimental Kindergarten since its opening. In the kindergarten has undertaken the work of parents, teachers group leader, small teaching research group leader, large teaching research group leader’s work. As a teacher leader, he led the team members to apply the P4C Philosophy of Children’s Philosophy curriculum and integrate the curriculum into reading activities to create a “thinking reading” environment in line with the development of children.
