三八红旗手——徐晶

我是徐晶老师，在协和实验幼儿园从教14年了，我是优秀教育岗位能手、骨干一级教师、荣获三八红旗手称号、四次被评为区域师德标兵。一切为了孩子，为了孩子的一切，这是教师的立足之本。我不断地刻苦钻研业务能力，好学上进，善于反思，励志幼教，在积极行动中有收获，不断提高自己的业务能力。我有多篇论文和案例在中国幼儿教育学会、闵行区教育局发表并获二等奖等。我将继续立足实际，认真做好幼儿教育，积极探索，取得更好的成绩。

I am Jing Xu, a teacher at the Xiehe Experimental Kindargarten for 14 years. I was assessed as excellent for the teaching position, a first level “backbone” teacher, a “March 8th Red Banner Pacesetter” and was identified as a “regional teaching ethics role model” four times. “Everything for the children, for the children’s everything”; I believe that such is the core of teaching. So far, I continuous to work hard honing my professional capabilities. I am eager to learn, willing to reflect, and motivated for preschool education. I improve day by day from the results of meaningful work. I have published multiple papers and case studies in the China Childhood Education Association and the Minhang District Bureau of Education, and received second prize awards. I will continue to keep my feet on the ground, conduct preschool education diligently, actively explore and strive to achieve more.
