本科学历。她从事音乐教育工作已有25年，担任音乐教师，还兼任学校的艺术总指导。在教育教学中，她深信每个孩子都有独特的闪光点，通过鼓励和激发，帮助学生发现并发展自己的艺术潜能。在她的引导下，学生们健康快乐地成长，全面发挥自己的才华。她带领的艺术团队在各类比赛中屡获佳绩，展现了出色的艺术才能和团队合作能力。李晓庆老师2017年荣获闵行区“三八红旗手”、2019年被评为闵行区教育系统立德树人先锋党员、2021年荣获闵行区园丁奖，多次被评为闵行区“优秀艺术总辅导”称号。

Xiaoqing Li, female, senior primary school music teacher, bachelor’s degree. She’s been teaching for 25 years, fulfilling the roles of a music teacher and school general artistic director. She firmly believes that every child has unique sparkling points. Through encouragement and inspiration, she helps students discover and develop their artistic potential. Under her guidance, students grow up healthily and happily, fully show their talents. The art team she leads has won many awards in various competitions which demonstrates their excellent artistic talent and teamwork ability. Ms. Li was awarded the “Minhang District March 8th Red Banner Holder” in 2017, was named Minhang pioneer Party Member of moral cultivation in the education system in 2019, and won the Minhang District Gardener Award in 2021. She has also been municipally awarded the title of “Excellent Overall Artistic Guidance” in Minhang District.
