园丁奖——吴来娣

本人吴来娣，1978年出生，女，党员，一级教师，2004年6月至今，在绿世界实验幼儿园工作。先后承担过教研组长，工会女工委员、科研组长、师资组长的工作。2019年荣获上海市园丁奖。在担任大班教研组长期间带领组员认真研究二期课改内容，认真组织幼小衔接活动。在担任科研组长期间，参与大小课题研究7项，参与的区级重点课题研究，组织教师参与每学年的课题申报。现担任师资组长，承担师资培训，引导各层级教师不断学习和思考。

My name is Wu Lai Di, born in 1978, female, a Party member, and a first-class teacher. I have been working at Green World Experimental Kindergarten since June 2004. I have held various positions such as the head of the teaching and research group, the women’s worker representative of the trade union, the head of the scientific research group, and the head of the teacher team. I was awarded the Shanghai Gardener Award in2019.As the head of the teaching and research group for the older class, I led my team to carefully study the content of the second-stage curriculum reform and organized serious activities for the transition from kindergarten to primary school. During my tenure as the head of the scientific research group, I participated in seven subject researches， including participating in district-level key subject research and organizing teachers to participate in annual topic declarations. Currently, I serve as the head of the teacher team, responsible for teacher training, and guiding teachers of all levels to continue learning and thinking.
