协和万源初中语文教师，初中部副主任（主管德育），闵行区骨干教师，闵行区殷秀德语文名师基地学员。曾获闵行区语文名师大讲堂、闵行区中青年教学评比二等奖，上海市民办中小学青年教师教学大奖赛二等奖、闵行区优秀班主任、上海市民办中小学优秀德育工作者等荣誉。教学课例入选上海市中小学“学科育德精品课程”、教学案例入选《上海市中小学语文学科德育教学指导意见》一书、曾参加《中华优秀传统文化课例研究项目》课例拍摄。在《现代教学》、《语文教学研究》等期刊发表论文多篇。
