小学英语一级教师——陈秋月

硕士，小学英语一级教师任教10年。陈秋月始终保持一颗做老师的初心，忠诚于自己最初的选择，悉心爱护学生，谆谆教导学生，用自己温柔且坚定的方式时刻提醒自己作为一名优秀教师的初衷，作为一个老师她应总能以赏识的眼光和心态看待每一个学生和每一个孩子，善于发现他们的闪光点。也正由于有了这些，学生对她充分信任与尊重。在工作中她可谓“拼命三郎”，对于学生和家长的事总是放在心中的第一位，任何时候都能及时、耐心解答家长和学生的困惑，想办法解决这些问题。加班加点也要把工作做好这是这么多年来她一直对自己的要求，在平凡的教学工作中永远保持着一种崇高的敬业精神。

She takes good care of her students, offers guidance with sincerity, and always reminds herself of what it means to be an excellent teacher in her own gentle yet firm way. In her role as a teacher, she sees each student with an appreciative eye, skillfully spotting their strengths. This genuine approach has earned the trust and respect form her students. At work, she always puts students and parents first, trying to answer questions and solve problems, showing patience and dedication. Over the years, she’s set high standards for herself, going the extra mile to get things done right. In her daily teaching, she keeps up a strong sense of professionalism.
