本科学历。2016加入无锡市协和双语学校担任语文教师兼班主任，主持语文教研组工作。期间认真组织教学教研，多次参与教学展示活动、教学基本功大赛，获得锡山阅读工程“优秀教师”称号。2022年荣获无锡市锡山区“远航杯”教学大赛二等奖；2023年锡山区第22届教师技能大赛一等奖；“贾志敏”杯全国小学语文青年教师赛课特等奖；第二届中文读写教师大会暨读写教师精研工作坊一等奖。“头脑不是等待填满的容器，而是一束需要被点燃的火把！”是她的教育格言。

Rachel Dong, female, is a primary school Chinese language teacher with a first-class qualification and a bachelor’s degree. She joined Wuxi United International School in 2016 as a Chinese language teacher and class advisor, hosting the Chinese language teaching and research group. During this period, she organized teaching and research diligently, participating in various teaching demonstration activities and teaching basic skills competitions. She was awarded the title of “Excellent Teacher” in the Xishan Reading Project; in 2022, she won the second prize in the “Yuanhang Cup” teaching competition in Xishan District, Wuxi; in 2023, she won the first prize in the 22nd Teachers’ Skills Competition in Xishan District; the special prize in the “Jia Zhimin” Cup National Primary School Chinese Youth Teachers’ Competition; and the first prize in the Second Chinese Reading and Writing Teachers’ Conference and Reading and Writing Teachers’ Workshop. Her educational motto is, “The mind is not a container waiting to be filled, but a torch that needs to be lit!”
