时光荏苒，岁月如梭。进入协和已经过了8个年头，从班主任老师到课程主管，我逐步从青涩走向成熟。一路坚持，潜心研究，我在实践中反复思考帮助幼儿成长，提升教师专业成长的管理方法。多次参与集团内外公开教学展示活动和教学评比活动，在幼小衔接、幼儿园环境创设、幼儿园课程开发等方面积累了一定的经验。未来，我将坚守“童心为伍，诚心作伴，耐心育人，尽心尽责”的教育信念，为幼儿成长，园所发展付出自己的智慧与汗水。
