学前教育本科学历。在十七年的教育生涯中，曾担任过年级组长、园级家长工作组组长，目前担任队伍建设一职。在工作中，严格遵守幼儿园规章制度，爱岗敬业、廉洁从教、为人师表，关心尊重每一位幼儿，用爱心扶着每位幼儿健康成长。
在专业发展中，十分注重业务学习，不断充实自己，解剖自己，分析自己，正视自己，不断为自己充电，提高自身素质，提高文化专业水平，并将经验辐射，引领老师们在专业上不断提高。曾荣获2021年度闵行区园丁奖。
