小学部副主任——朱颖群·小学高级教师

自2003年加入协和教育集团，先后担任协和双语学校虹桥校区和万源校区小学部副主任，承担小学数学学科组建设和学部的教学工作。从教30多年，曾任闵行区学校教研管理中心组成员，曾获闵行区第五届百名骨干教师，多次获区三八红旗手，区教育系统记功。先后参与区级课题2余项，主要涉及学生发展需求评估、体验活动课程实践研究等方面。出版专著及发表文章5余项，主要有四年级数学《新教材全练》、《新教材全解》、《单元测试》等。曾担任协和教育集团先锋课程“四校”联动数学组长，指导四个校区近10位青年教师的数学教学及培训，指导青年教师参加上海市民办中小学青年教师教学竞赛项目，多次获得大奖。特别擅长数学校本课程的开发，逐步形成了知识、技能与现实生活密切联系的、适应学生发展需要的体验课程。

Ms Maggie ZHU, Senior Teacher in Primary School Professional Title Appraisal. She joined Xiehe Education Center in 2003 and has served as the Assistant Head of Primary School at SUIS Hongqiao and SUIS Wanyuan campuses. She is responsible for the management of the primary school mathematics subject team and the overall teaching and learning. She has been dedicated to teaching for over 30 years and wokred as a member of the Minhang District School Teaching and Research Management Center. She has been been awarded the title of

• Top 100 Backbone Teachers in the 5th Minhang District Appraisal;
• March 8th Red Flag Award in Minhang District for multiple times;
• Merit recorded for achievements in Minhang District’s education system.

She has participated in Min Hang District Research Projects, mainly involving student development needs assessment and experiential activity course practice research. She has published 5+ monographs and articles, mainly including G4 Maths “New Textbook Practice”, “New Textbook Solution” and “Unit Test”, etc. Previously she served as the leader of the mathematics team for the “Four Schools” linkage course organized by Xiehe Education Center, through which she guided nearly 10 young teachers from four SUIS campuses in mathematics teaching and training and participate in the Shanghai Private Primary and Middle School Youth Teacher Teaching Competition, winning multiple awards. She is particularly skillful in the development of school-based mathematics curriculum, gradually forming experiential courses that are closely related to knowledge, skills, and real life, meeting the needs of student development.
