本科学历，中学数学教师，2017年级加入协和无锡校区。执教以来，先后从事小学和初中的数学教学，曾担任年级组长和小学部德育主任，现任中学部副主任。平时工作尽职尽责，进取主动，凭着踏实的作风和敬业精神，发挥骨干的模范带头作用。对待学生严爱相济，深得学生和家长的信任与尊重。2021年被评为”锡山区教育系统优秀共产党员”。

Lucia Na, a female member of the Communist Party of China, holds a bachelor’s degree and is currently serving as a middle school mathematics teacher. Since joining the Wuxi Campus of Xiehe Education Center in 2017, she has been involved in mathematics teaching in both primary and secondary. Previously, she has held the positions of Head of Grade and Head of Pastoral in Primary. Currently, she serves as the Deputy Head of Secondary. In her daily work, she is diligent, proactive, and plays a leading role as a backbone with a strong sense of professional ethics. She combines strictness with love when dealing with students, earning the trust and respect of both students and parents. In 2021, she was recognized as an “Outstanding Communist Party Member of Xishan District Education System”.
