路琳，中共党员，万源校区初中部副主任，上海师范大学教育硕士，中学高级教师。 正面管教国际认证讲师。闵行区家庭教育名师工作室成员。江苏省青年优秀骨干教师。第12届协励汇师德奖提名。曾获全国两岸同课异构（上海站）一等奖，江苏省优质课评比一等奖，全国信息技术大赛二等奖。立江苏省教育三等功一次。曾主持省级课题市《初中英语作业分层设计研究》，上海市市级课题《基于九年一贯制双语学校学生英语学习规划的研究与设计》项目组核心成员；多篇论文在省级以上杂志发表。
