现担任小学语文教研组长、学科教师、班主任。在工作中始终保持童心，用儿童的眼睛去观察，用儿童的耳朵去倾听，用儿童的兴趣去探索，用儿童的情感去热爱。 “千教万教，教人求真，千学万学，学做真人”，耕耘苗圃，以诚为桨，以爱为帆，以勤为径，在春风化雨中育桃李，于润物无声处洒春晖。曾获区德育先进个人，合肥市民办学校先进个人等荣誉，所带班级获区优秀班集体、优秀少先队集体等。

Long Juan, a member of the founding team of SUIS Hefei Campus, is now serving as the head teacher of Chinese teaching and research group, Primary session; a Chinese teacher, and a homeroom teacher. She always maintains a childlike innocence in her work, observing with children’s eyes, listening with children’s ears, exploring with children’s interests, loving teaching with children’s emotions. Just like the saying goes, ‘Teaching people tens of thousands of times is to teach them to seek truth, and learning, to be real people. As a teacher, one should be honesty, caring, and diligent to cultivate students gradually, nurturing them as time goes. She was honored as the advanced individual of moral education in Baohe Edu District, the advanced individual of Hefei Private School, and her class was awarded the Outstanding Class, the Outstanding Young Pioneer Collective Class, Baohe Edu District.
