三八红旗手——季洁

1979年11月，女，中共党员，幼儿园一级教师，闵行区园丁奖，闵行区三八红旗手。2002年8月，我慕名来到协和教育集团，结缘绿世界实验幼儿园，这一干就是整整21年。在这段最珍贵的教育生涯中，我从一名普通教师慢慢成长为一名管理者，从教师岗位逐步走上园长岗位。绿世界让我有机会尽情书写对学前教育事业的满腔热情，让我有机会带领“绿之家人”将科学的教育观落地到实践中，助力每个绿之家宝贝全面、健康、快乐地成长。

In August 2002, I came to Xiehe Education Group and became acquainted with Green World Experimental Kindergarten, which I have been doing for 21 years. During this most precious educational career, I slowly grew from an ordinary teacher to a manager, and gradually moved from a teacher to a principal. Green World gives me the opportunity to write my enthusiasm for preschool education, and gives me the opportunity to lead the “Green House” to put the scientific concept of education into practice, so as to help every Green House baby grow up in an all-round, healthy and happy way.
