本科学历。进入协和教育16年间，扎根尚音，从班主任、年级组长到学部主任，无论是教育教学还是管理工作，勤勉踏实的她都能全力以赴。在落实教学规范、追求教学高质量的同时，带领团队坚守尚音特色。2021年被评为闵行区教育系统“先锋党员”，同年在闵行区事业单位年度考核中荣获“优秀”等第。“用爱点燃梦想”是她的教育理念和管理理念。

Jiehong Han, female, elementary school Chinese teacher, bachelor’s degree. Throughout her 16-years’ experience in Xiehe, she’s devoted herself at Shangyin campus, working as a homeroom teacher, grade coordinator, department director. She wholeheartedly dedicates herself to both teaching and administration work, adhering to the distinctive characteristics of Shangyin as well as implementing teaching standards and pursuing high-quality education. In 2021, she was recognized as “Pioneer Party Member” in Minhang education system and received an “Excellent” rating in the annual assessment of Minhang public institutions. “Igniting dreams with love” is her educational and management philosophy.
