学科组长年级组长——彭珏敏·小学高级教师

2004年加入协和教育集团，2016年入职万源协和，任数学学科组长及年级组长。在工作中注重对教学方法的探索，对教育方式的研究。曾多次参加市、区及中青年教师教学比赛，并获二、三等奖。带领数学团队，编写校本练习册、活动册、数学英语练习册，参与编写《跟着名师学数学》并出版发行，教育教学能力突出，被评为闵行区第六届骨干教师。
作为班主任，以真诚感动家长，对待学生如同自己的孩子一般，用爱心包围着班上的每一个孩子。所带班级班风正，学风浓，受到学校和家长的好评，并于2022年活动闵行区优秀班主任称号。

As a homeroom teacher, her sincerity makes parents feel moved; she treats students as her own children, and accepts every child in her class with love. Her homeroom class has a positive class atmosphere and a strong academic atmosphere, receiving high praise from the school and parents. She was awarded the title of Excellent Homeroom Teacher in Minhang District in 2022.
