园丁奖——黄鑫

我2008年进入上海协和教育集团，在上海杨浦区大地幼儿园担任教师一职。进入协和教育集团的15年里，集团提供各种专业培训、搭建发展平台，让我不断提升自己的专业能力，在集团的鼓励扶持下我目前担任幼儿园园长助理一职。工作中我能具备良好的沟通协调能力和合作精神，能够与其他部门和外部机构保持良好的合作关系。同时具备较强的学习能力和适应能力，能够适应不断变化的教育环境和教育需求。未来的日子我将继续努力工作，以高度的责任心和爱心，全身心为孩子服务。

I joined Shanghai Xiehe Education Group in 2008 and worked as a teacher at Dadi Kindergarten in Yangpu District, Shanghai. In the 15 years since joining Xiehe Education Group, the group has provided various professional training and built development platforms, allowing me to continuously improve my professional abilities. With the encouragement and support of the group, I am currently serving as an assistant to the kindergarten principal. I have good communication and coordination skills and a spirit of cooperation in my work, and can maintain good cooperative relationships with other departments and external organizations. Simultaneously possessing strong learning and adaptability abilities, able to adapt to constantly changing educational environments and needs. In the future, I will continue to work hard and serve my children wholeheartedly with a high sense of responsibility and love.
