自2005年从公立学校到协和集团虹桥校区，连续三年担任毕业班班主任和语文教学工作，助力孩子们继续追求梦想；2012年随着万源校区建校，承蒙集团信任，成为了万源第一批“元老”，万源从新生的幼苗到如今的桃李满天下，风雨兼程，我与它始终并肩前行。作为一名教师，我始终关注孩子们的身心发展，培养他们广泛的兴趣和与人沟通的能力，发掘生活中的美好。在多年的家校合作中，开展了一次次丰富多彩的校园活动，探索出了更多元化的沟通方式，深受学生和家长的喜爱及认可。恰逢协和教育集团30周年之际，能够参与其中，我深感荣幸并引以为豪！

Since 2005, I have been serving as a homeroom teacher and Chinese language teacher for three consecutive years, helping children continue to pursue their dreams, after transferring from a local public school to SUIS Hongqiao Campus; In 2012, with the establishment of SUIS Wanyuan Campus, thanks to the trust of the Xiehe Education Center, I became one of the first founding staff at SUIS Wanyuan campus.

From the newborn seedlings to the current peach and plum trees all over the world, SUIS Wanyuan Campus has experienced both wind and rain, and we have always walked shoulder to shoulder.

As a teacher, I always pay attention to the physical and mental development of children, cultivate their broad interests and communication skills, and explore the beauty of life.

Through years of parents-school cooperation, we have carried out a variety of campus activities and explored more diversified communication methods, which are deeply loved and recognized by students and parents. On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Xiehe Education Center, I am deeply honored and proud as part of it.
