2023年度闵行区教育系统“闵教先锋党员”——程小兰·中学一级教师

2005年从教以来，一直秉承“学高为师、身正为范”。2010年8月加入协和教育中心，先后在协和双语高级中学、协和双语教科学校任高中政治教师、年级组长、班主任、人事职务，现任协和双语教科学校校办主任、政治教师。
她先后获得闵行区教育系统“闵教先锋党员”、闵行区第六届中学政治学科骨干后备教师、第六届闵教杯论坛之星三等奖、2021年闵行区党史教育学习微课一等奖、2021年闵行区党史教育宣讲团讲师等荣誉称号，多次开展区级高中政治学科公开课。

Ms.Cheng has been teaching since 2005, and has adhered to the principle – “Professional Knowledge makes for a teacher, while moral integrity makes for a model.” Since she joined SUIS Center in August 2010, she has successively served as a high school political teacher, grade leader, homeroom teacher, and HR director. Ms.Cheng is currently the director of school office and a political teacher of SUIS JK Campus.
Ms.Cheng has won honorary titles of “Pioneer Party Member in the Education System of Minhang District”, “Core Reserve Teacher of the 6th Secondary Education Political Science Teacher Voting”, the Third Prize of “Minhang Education System Star of Forum”, the First Prize of “2021 Minhang Party History Education Micro-course Contest”, “Qualified Lecturer of 2021 Minhang Party History Education”. Meanwhile, she has conducted several demonstration classes on political science in district-level high schools.
