本科学历。执教期间，数学赛课多次获得省、市级一、二等奖。2016年入职无锡协和，担任数学老师兼班主任。2019年参加锡山区第四届“远航杯”教师课堂教学大赛获一等奖。所带班级获2019-2020学年锡山区先进学生集体。个人荣获无锡市锡山区2018-2022年度教师教育工作先进个人，2021-2023学年度锡山区优秀教育工作者。“每个孩子都是主角”是她的育人观和教育教学理念。

Cara Chen, Female, mathematics teacher in primary school, bachelor’s degree. During the teaching period, she won the provincial and municipal first and second prizes in mathematics competition for many times. In 2016, she joined Wuxi United International School as a math teacher and homeroom teacher. In 2019, she participated in the fourth “Yuanhang Cup” Teacher Teaching Competition in Xishan District and won the first prize. Her class was regarded as the Advanced Student Collective in Xishan District in the school year of 2019-2020. She was named Advanced Individual of Teachers in Xishan District, Wuxi City of the year 2018-2020, and was regarded as the Excellent Educator of Xishan District from 2021-2023. “Every child is the protagonist” is her concept of education and teaching.
