合肥校区创校团队之一——曹月霞

一直从事初中数学学科的教育教学工作，同时兼带班主任，所带班级在两届中考中都取得了骄人的成绩。对待数学学科的教学，始终秉承着：努力帮助每位学生呈现出自己能力范围内最佳的学习状态和结果。教学期间，获得“优秀指导教师”、“教学设计特等奖”、“合肥市优秀班主任”、包河区“师德模范标兵”、“班主任基本功大赛二等奖”、“班主任论文一等奖”等荣誉称号。

As a member of the founding team of SUIS, Hefei campus, she has been engaged in teaching maths and served as a homeroom teacher since 2019. With rich teaching experience, She has helped students achieve impressive grades in last two high school entrance exams. When teaching mathematics, she always adhere to the principle of striving to help each student present the best learning state and results within their ability range. During the teaching period, she was also awarded many honors such as “Excellent Guidance Teacher” “Excellent Homeroom Teacher”in Hefei City”, “Model Teacher of Teacher Ethics” and “Second Prize” in “Homeroom teacher Basic Skills Competition”.
