本科学历。2013年加入协和教育中心无锡校区，作为无锡协和建校员工之一，十年来他情定协和，心系教育。始终以一名优秀共产党员的标准来衡量自己，凭着对教育的执着和热忱，全身心投入学校工作，扎根学校，舍小家为大家。在锡山这块教育热土上默默奉献着自己的力量和汗水。2020年度被评为无锡市教育系统优秀共产党员；2021年度获评锡山区首批中级“两新”组织党务工作者；2022年度被评为无锡市教育系统关心下一代工作先进个人。

Alan Lu, a male member of the Communist Party of China, holds a bachelor’s degree. Since 2013, he has been a dedicated employee of the Wuxi Campus of Xiehe Education Center, joining the team at the school’s inception. Over the past decade, he has developed a deep affection for Xiehe and has thrown himself into his work with unwavering enthusiasm. Upholding the highest standards of Communist Party membership, he has given his all to the school’s operations, placing the welfare of the school above all else. Quietly but persistently, he has poured his energy and sweat into the education system in Xishan. In 2020, he was recognized as an outstanding Communist Party member in the education system of Wuxi City. The following year, he was awarded the title of the first batch of intermediate “two new” organization party workers in Xishan District. Then, in 2022, he was named an exemplary individual in the Wuxi Education System for his dedication to caring for the next generation.
