合肥校区创校成员——王启元

中共党员，2019年4月作为创校成员加入合肥协和。曾获得合肥市优秀班主任称号、包河好老师称号。在包河区初中语文教师优质课大赛中获得一等奖、在包河区第六届班主任基本功大赛中获得一等奖。从教以来，爱岗敬业，积极向上。在教育教学中遵循“用心做事，传道解惑，用情育人，润物无声”。坚持以人为本的教育理念，重视理论联系实际，重视培养学生的感受、理解、欣赏和评价的能力。引导学生小组合作，增强小组合作的实效性，让学生在合作中获得提升。主张给学生提供更多的自主学习的空间，以此促进学生综合能力的提升。

Wang Qiyuan, a member of the Communist Party of China, joined Hefei Union as a founding member in April 2019. He has won the title of Outstanding Homeroom Teacher in Hefei City and the title of Good Teacher in Baohe City. He won the first prize in the Baohe District Junior High School Chinese Good Quality Lesson Competition and the first prize in the sixth Homeroom Teacher Basic Skills Competition. Since being a teacher, he showed great love and dedication. In education and teaching, he always follows the principle of “doing things with heart, preaching and clearing doubts, educating people with love gradually”. He adheres to the concept of people-oriented education, attaches importance to the combination of theory and practice, and to the cultivation of students’ ability to feel, understand, appreciate and evaluate. Guiding students to cooperate in groups and enhance the effectiveness of group cooperation, he makes students improve in cooperation, which provides students with more independent learning space and promotes the improvement of students’ comprehensive ability.
