语文学科带头人——严婷·中学高级教师

华东师范大学中文系硕士，现任国内高中部主任，闵行区高中教研管理中心组成员，闵行区第七届中学语文学科骨干教师。从教14年间，专注课堂教学研究，不断反思教学实践，曾出版个人专著《混战与融合——中国文化探秘·三国魏晋南北朝》，参编华东师范大学《一课一练》，复旦大学出版社《统编高中语文精讲与精练》等教辅资料，其教育教学论文多次荣获区级一等奖，并在家期刊杂志发表刊载。

YAN Ting, Senior Teacher of Secondary School, graduated from East China Normal University with a M.A. in Chinese Literature, and is currently the director of high school (local stream). Awarded as ‘Member of the District-level High School Teaching and Research Management Group’ and ‘Core Teacher of the 7th Secondary Education Chinese Teacher Voting’, Ms. Yan has been teaching for 14 years, during which she has dedicated herself to teaching & learning research and constantly reflecting on teaching practice. She has published her own book “Exploration of Chinese Culture”, and participated in the compilation of teaching materials published by East China Normal University and Fudan University Press. Her papers on teaching and education have won the first prize in district contests many times, and have been published on national journals and magazines.

英语学科带头人——周璧君

现任国内初中部七年级年级组长，闵行区第七届初中英语学科骨干教师。从教十余年，始终秉持“教育的本质是一棵树摇动另一棵树，一朵云推动另一朵云”的教育理念，坚信教学的艺术在于激励、唤醒和鼓舞学生勇于探索和创新。教学中注重因材施教，善于引导，积极培养学生的思辨能力和文化意识。授课方式灵活高效，教学成绩突出，深受学生欢迎。曾获闵行区优秀班主任，闵行区首届民办学校青年教师技能竞赛一等奖等多项殊荣，荣获区教学能手称号。多次主持或参与区级课题研究，所撰写的相关论文获闵行区教育教学论文一等奖。

Ariel Zhou—Head of G7 in local junior department
As the backbone teacher in Minhang District, Ariel has always adhered to the educational philosophy that “Education is a tree shaking a tree, a cloud to promote a cloud, a soul awaken another soul.” She firmly believes that the art of teaching lies in inspiring, awakening and inspiring students to explore and innovate bravely. She places much emphasis on individual needs and cultivation of students’ critical thinking ability and cultural awareness. Her teaching method is flexible and efficient, with outstanding teaching results, and is highly welcomed by students. She has also won many honors in her teaching and research, including the excellent class teacher in Minhang District, the first prize in the first Minhang District Youth Teacher Skills Competition, and has been awarded the title of district teaching expert.

音乐学科骨干教师——冯兰·中学一级教师

现任学校工会主席兼人事。闵行区第六届音乐学科骨干教师，2022年闵行区教育系统三八红旗手。从事音乐教育十余载，曾获得市、区级学科比赛“一等奖”。近年更专注于管乐特色课程的探索与研究。把挖掘每个孩子的艺术潜力、提升学生的审美和艺术素养作为终生的目标和使命。

FENG Lan, First-grade Teacher of Secondary School, is currently appointed the Chairman of the School Labor Union and HR Manager. Awarded as ‘Core Teacher of the 6th Secondary Education Music Teacher Voting’ and ‘March 8th Red-Banner Pacesetter’, Ms. Feng has dedicated herself to the music education for more than 10 years and has won the First Prize in the municipal and district contests. She has focused more on the exploration and research of the Wind Music Featured Course in recent years. She makes it her crusade to reach every student’s full potential, enable them to enhance aesthetic appreciation and advance artistic accomplishment.

美术学科带头人——包海燕·中学高级教师

现任高中部美术特色课程主管。闵行区中学美术学科中心组成员，闵行区第四届中学美术学科骨干教师。耕耘美术教育事业二十余载，积累丰富的教育教学经验，近年更专注于版画特色课程的探索与研究，在画、刻、印等版画制作的环节程中，和学生们一起分享、体验艺术活动的愉悦，艺术创新的魅力，追寻师生共享的艺术课堂。

BAO Haiyan, Senior Teacher of Secondary School, is currently in charge of the Art Courses in high school. Awarded as ‘Member of the District-level Art Subject Leading Group” and “Core Teacher of the 4th Secondary Education Art Teacher Voting”, Ms. Bao has dedicated herself to the Art education for more than 20 years and has accumulated rich experience in teaching. She has focused more on the exploration and research of printmaking courses in recent years. In the process of drawing, engraving and printing, she continues to share the pleasure that Art brings with students, lure them to feel the charm of artistic innovation, and inspire them for a vision of relentless pursuit.
